Why
Most plastic cutting boards are made from polyethylene or polypropylene, which can withstand dishwasher temperatures. However, thin or low-quality boards may warp or crack in the high heat of the drying cycle. To prolong life, place them on the top rack away from heating elements.
How to wash it
Place on the top rack of the dishwasher, avoiding the heating element. For hand washing, use hot soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
