Why
Thermoflask bottles are typically made of stainless steel with a vacuum insulation layer and a powder-coated exterior. The high heat and harsh detergents in dishwashers can damage the coating, degrade the insulation, and affect the seal. While the stainless steel itself is dishwasher safe, the overall construction often leads manufacturers to recommend hand washing.
How do you wash Thermoflask?
Hand wash with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. Rinse thoroughly and air dry with the cap off to prevent moisture buildup.
