Why
Staub cookware is made of enameled cast iron. While the enamel coating is dishwasher safe, the high heat and harsh detergents can dull the exterior finish over time and may cause discoloration. The manufacturer recommends hand washing to preserve the appearance and longevity.
How to wash it
Hand wash with mild detergent and a soft sponge or cloth. Dry immediately to prevent water spots.
