Why
Stanley's official care guidance lists the Quencher H2.0 and the rest of the Quencher line as dishwasher safe. The 18/8 stainless steel and FlowState lid handle wash cycles fine; over many high-heat cycles the powder-coat finish can dull, which is why some people still hand wash. Very old classic Stanley bottles are the exception and should be hand washed.
How to wash it
If using a dishwasher, top rack only, lid and straw removed and washed separately. To hand wash, use warm soapy water and a bottle brush; avoid abrasive scrubbers on the exterior coating.
