Why
Most ceramic, glass, and stainless steel platters are dishwasher safe. However, platters with metallic trim, hand-painted designs, or made of wood, cast iron, or delicate materials may be damaged by high heat or harsh detergents.
How to wash it
Check the manufacturer's label. For safe materials, place on the top rack away from heating elements. For delicate or decorative platters, hand wash with mild soap and dry immediately.
