Why
Scanpan uses a nonstick coating that is dishwasher safe, but the high heat and harsh detergents in dishwashers can degrade the coating over time, reducing its lifespan. The aluminum core may also discolor or oxidize with repeated dishwasher use.
How do you wash Scanpan nonstick wok?
