Is Sauté Pan dishwasher safe?
Sometimes — with care
It depends on the material and construction of the sauté pan.
Why
Stainless steel and hard-anodized aluminum sauté pans are generally dishwasher safe, but nonstick-coated pans should be hand washed to preserve the coating. Hand washing is recommended for all high-quality pans to extend their lifespan.
How to wash it
For best results, hand wash with mild detergent and a soft sponge. If using a dishwasher, place on the top rack and avoid high heat drying cycles.
