Why
Most pressure cookers have aluminum or stainless steel bodies with rubber gaskets, valves, and other components that can be damaged by high heat and harsh detergents in dishwashers. The gasket may degrade, and the valve mechanisms can become clogged or corroded.
How do you wash Pressure Cooker?
Wash the pot and lid by hand with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. Remove and clean the gasket and valve separately, and dry all parts thoroughly before reassembling.
