Is Moka Pot dishwasher safe?

Moka pots are generally not recommended for the dishwasher.
Why
Most moka pots are made of aluminum, which can discolor and oxidize in the dishwasher, or stainless steel, which may be safe but can lose its finish. The small parts like the filter and gasket can also be damaged by high heat and detergents.
How to wash it
Hand wash with mild soap and warm water, then dry immediately. Avoid abrasive scrubbers to protect the surface.
