Why
Misen pans are made of stainless steel with an aluminum core and a nonstick coating. The nonstick coating can degrade faster in the dishwasher due to harsh detergents and high heat, and the pan's construction may warp. Most manufacturers recommend hand washing to preserve the nonstick surface and extend the pan's life.
How to wash it
Hand wash with mild detergent and a soft sponge. Avoid abrasive scrubbers and stacking other pans on top to prevent scratching the nonstick coating.
