Why
Most mandoline slicers have sharp blades that can dull in the dishwasher, and plastic components may warp under high heat. Additionally, the high-pressure water can damage the blade alignment or non-stick coating.
How to wash it
Hand wash with warm soapy water and a soft sponge, then dry immediately. Use the included blade guard when cleaning to avoid cuts.
