Why
LocknLock containers are made of polypropylene (PP) plastic, which is dishwasher safe on the top rack. However, the silicone gasket and lid may degrade over time with repeated dishwasher heat cycles, so hand washing is recommended to preserve the seal.
How do you wash LocknLock containers?
Place containers on the top rack of the dishwasher, away from the heating element. For best longevity, hand wash with mild soap and warm water, and dry thoroughly before storing.
