Why
HexClad's hybrid stainless steel and nonstick construction is durable enough for the dishwasher, but the manufacturer advises hand washing to extend the life of the nonstick surface. Dishwasher detergents and high heat can degrade the coating over time.
How do you wash HexClad Pan?
Hand wash with mild detergent and a soft sponge. Avoid abrasive cleaners and steel wool. If using a dishwasher, place on the top rack and skip the heated dry cycle.
