Why
GreenPan uses a ceramic nonstick coating (Thermolon) that is technically dishwasher safe, but the high heat and harsh detergents in dishwashers can degrade the coating over time, reducing its lifespan and nonstick performance.
How do you wash GreenPan nonstick?
Hand wash with mild dish soap and a soft sponge or cloth. Avoid abrasive scrubbers and stacking other pans on top during storage to protect the coating.
