Donut pans are generally not recommended for the dishwasher.
Why
Most donut pans are made of nonstick-coated metal, which can degrade from harsh dishwasher detergents and high heat. Even uncoated aluminum pans may discolor or warp in the dishwasher. Hand washing preserves the nonstick surface and extends the pan's life.
How to wash it
Wash by hand with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. Dry thoroughly before storing to prevent rust or water spots.
